Ferdinand Farmers Mutual Insurance Company purchases it’s reinsurance from Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company. Grinnell Mutual is rated “A” by the A.M. Best Company. This reinsurance, in addition to the policyholder surplus currently held, provides the company with the financial stability necessary to protect policyholders.
Ferdinand Farmers’ is a member of the Mutual Insurance Companies Association of Indiana, (MICAI), as well as the National Association of Insurance Companies (NAMIC).
