Prior to Nick’s involvement with the company, his father, Richard, served the mutual insurance group for 23 years. The Dilger Family Homestead, founded in 1848, is where Nick and his wife Jean call home. In addition to insurance, Nick has been a lifetime farmer. Putting his Associates Degree from Vincennes University to work, knowing the farming business first-hand, and working with insurance as long as he can remember, enables Nick to provide the very best service to farmers in the area.

Contact KurtKurt, his wife Stacy, and their two young children live in Saint Meinrad. With his Associates Degree in Agribusiness from Vincennes University, Kurt enjoys putting his education to work specializing in crop insurance. In addition to his specialty, Kurt offers a variety of insurance including homes, autos, and other farm insurance. Kurt grew up on a farm and still farms with his father in Ferdinand. Keeping busy with a young family and a successful insurance career, Kurt also serves on the Saint Meinrad Volunteer Fire Department.

She has served as the manager for the Ferdinand Farmers Insurance Group since 1990, and has worked for the company for more than 32 years. In addition to managing the company, she also serves as the corporate secretary for the organization. In 1993 Debbie was nominated to the Merit Society of the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies for her leadership in the mutual insurance industry, and she is a Past President for the Mutual Insurance Companies Association of Indiana. Debbie also serves on the Town Council for the Town of Ferdinand.

Contact JamesAfter graduating with a Bachelors of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University, Jim served in the military and then began his insurance career. Jim’s grandfather and his father served for 52 years as directors for Ferdinand Farmers Mutual Insurance, so it was natural for Jim to join the group for the third generation when he returned to Ferdinand. For more than 33 years, Jim has been serving the area with quality insurance products and dependable service. Jim specializes in all personal lines including home and auto; he also specializes in small commercial coverage and contractor needs.

More than 20 years ago, Pat began his property and casualty insurance career and joined the Ferdinand Farmers Insurance team in 1993. Pat is a licensed insurance agent serving both personal lines such as auto, home and farm. He also insures some commercial lines of business. Pat has always been active in community organizations, and is still active with the St. Ferdinand Church, the American Legion post 124, Forest Park Lettermen, and others. Pat and his wife, Ruth, live in Ferdinand.

Contact AlanAlan and his wife Debbie live on the Family Farm that was founded in 1870. As a grain and cattle farmer, Alan puts his agricultural knowledge to work for his insurance clients. He specializes in farm insurance and ensures his clients have the complete coverage they need for the farm, home and auto. Alan served on the Board of Directors of the Mutual Insurance Companies Association of Indiana and is now serving as the Chairman of Dubois County Soil and Water Conservation District. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Association of SWCDs, and was recognized as the 2009 Supervisor of the Year for Indiana SWCD.
